I was born in Dallas but lived in Seattle for over a decade, where I trained for my massage career with over 700 hours. Austin has since become my adopted home. I'm a compassionate and professional Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years experience in massage and many years as a personal trainer. I use my strength and understanding of training in working with athletes, incorporating both deep work and stretching. In addition to strength, I incorporate a Thai Chi flow into all of my sessions, and I am known for my calm and comforting demeanor. When I’m not doing bodywork, I enjoy working out, cooking, and watching movies. I also really love mountain hiking, getting to the beaches when possible, and learning about world history. You may find me out and about bowling or enjoying a nice game of shooting pool
